1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Minastany Global LLC platform ("Platform"), including our website at minastany.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Services

Minastany Global LLC provides:

Real-Time Facts Alerts — RTFA (educational, informational purpose only)
A free financial-education library and learning center
The Emotional Circuit Breaker — a planned optional feature you may opt into, which only ever pauses links on our own site (launching after legal review)
The Generational Allocation Planner — a planned optional education and budgeting tool where you design your own family allocation (launching after legal review)
Subscription-based access to advanced features

3. Not Financial Advice

THE ALERTS, INFORMATION, AND TOOLS PROVIDED BY MINASTANY ARE FOR EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND DO NOT CONSTITUTE FINANCIAL ADVICE, INVESTMENT ADVICE, OR RECOMMENDATIONS TO BUY OR SELL ANY ASSET.

Minastany Global LLC is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, financial planner, or any other type of licensed financial professional. All investment decisions are made solely by you at your own risk and discretion.

4. Non-Custodial Nature

Minastany Global LLC is an educational publisher. We teach financial literacy — that is the entire scope of our business.

Minastany does not and will not:

execute, place, route, or manage any trade or transaction for you;
connect to, link with, or access any brokerage, exchange, retirement, or bank account that you hold;
hold, receive, custody, transfer, or otherwise touch your funds or assets at any time;
provide personalized investment advice, or tell you what to buy, sell, or hold;
promise, guarantee, or imply any investment return, profit, or outcome.

Any decision you make about your money is yours alone — made in your own account, at your own regulated financial institution, at your own risk. We are your teacher — not your broker.

5. Eligibility

To use our Platform, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age
Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
Reside in a jurisdiction where use of our services is lawful
Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations

The Platform is not available where its use would be prohibited by law.

Accounts and paid subscriptions are for the registered owner's personal use. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, and you agree not to permit any person under 18 years of age to access or use your account or subscription. Purchases made through your account are your responsibility.

6. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all financial decisions you make and their consequences
You are responsible for safeguarding your Minastany login credentials
You are responsible for understanding the tax implications of your financial activity in your jurisdiction
You must not use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any regulation

7. Subscription and Payments

Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable except as required by law
You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
Minastany Global LLC reserves the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice
Payments are processed by Stripe Inc. and subject to their terms

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform — including but not limited to the Emotional Circuit Breaker algorithm, the Generational Allocation system, software code, market-information methodology, trademarks, and the Minastany name and brand — are the exclusive property of Minastany Global LLC and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.

The Emotional Circuit Breaker method and the Generational Allocation system are proprietary methods and trade secrets of Minastany Global LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, reverse engineering, or commercial use of any Platform technology is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MINASTANY GLOBAL LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF CAPITAL, OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR RELIANCE ON ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED.

IN NO EVENT SHALL MINASTANY GLOBAL LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO MINASTANY IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Minastany Global LLC and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your financial decisions, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause or notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Wyoming, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance.
