1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Minastany Global LLC platform ("Platform"), including our website at minastany.com and our Telegram bot (@MinastanyBot), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Services

Minastany Global LLC provides:

Cryptocurrency market signal alerts (educational, informational purpose only)
Automated trading tools that connect to users' own exchange accounts via API
The Emotional Circuit Breaker system for trading pattern monitoring
The Generational Allocation system for profit distribution tracking
Subscription-based access to advanced features

3. Not Financial Advice

THE SIGNALS, ANALYSIS, AND TOOLS PROVIDED BY MINASTANY ARE FOR EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND DO NOT CONSTITUTE FINANCIAL ADVICE, INVESTMENT ADVICE, OR RECOMMENDATIONS TO BUY OR SELL ANY ASSET.

Minastany Global LLC is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, financial planner, or any other type of licensed financial professional. All investment decisions are made solely by you at your own risk and discretion.

4. Non-Custodial Nature

Minastany Global LLC is a non-custodial service. We never hold, store, or control your cryptocurrency funds. When you connect your Binance API, we execute trades on your behalf on YOUR account using YOUR funds. You maintain full ownership and control of your assets at all times.

5. Eligibility

To use our Platform, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age
Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
Reside in a jurisdiction where using cryptocurrency trading services is lawful
Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations

The Platform is not available to residents of jurisdictions where cryptocurrency trading is prohibited by law.

6. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all trading decisions and their consequences
You are responsible for the security of your exchange API keys and account credentials
You must never enable withdrawal permissions on API keys connected to Minastany
You are responsible for understanding the tax implications of your trading activity in your jurisdiction
You must not use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any regulation

7. Subscription and Payments

Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable except as required by law
You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
Minastany Global LLC reserves the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice
Payments are processed by Stripe Inc. and subject to their terms

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform — including but not limited to the Emotional Circuit Breaker algorithm, the Generational Allocation system, software code, signal generation methodology, trademarks, and the Minastany name and brand — are the exclusive property of Minastany Global LLC and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.

Patent applications have been filed for the Emotional Circuit Breaker algorithm and the Generational Allocation system. Unauthorized reproduction, reverse engineering, or commercial use of any Platform technology is strictly prohibited and will be vigorously prosecuted.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MINASTANY GLOBAL LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF CAPITAL, OR TRADING LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR RELIANCE ON ANY SIGNALS PROVIDED.

IN NO EVENT SHALL MINASTANY GLOBAL LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO MINASTANY IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Minastany Global LLC and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your trading decisions, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause or notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Wyoming, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance.
